How do I get a price ?
When you are booking your holiday and have completed the fields with your accommodation details, scrolling down you will also find the optional transfer rates accordingly.
The rates and prices are preset and cover all the resort areas of the islands, including the island of Gozo. These are computed according to the number of persons traveling and you are offered both return and one way options.
What type of transport will we/I be traveling on?
All transfers are exclusive to info@ecoholidaysmalta.com customers and these can either be in a chauffer saloon vehicle, or a minibus. Whilst the price-rates are inclusive of all your luggage, should you have special luggage which is bulky such as bicycles, wheelchair or other similar, it is best to include a note further up of the booking form in the special request ‘field’.
Occupancy
This shows the maximum number of persons against that rate- price displayed.
For example a transfer for 1- 4 persons can accommodate a maximum of four persons with their luggage.
When can I book the transfer?
When making your booking you will find ‘fields’ scrolling further down after you have done your accommodation booking.
If you choose not to take the transfer option at the time of your hotel booking, you are most welcome to send a follow up email with your details to info@ecoholidaysmalta.com or info@ecoworldtravel.com , you may then settle the charges on arrival with our driver/ airport representative.
What if I need to cancel my booking.
In the event of a cancellation for whatever reason , cancellation charges may apply. Current cancellation fees , set out in our booking terms and conditions, are: More than 3 days before departure: free of charge, Within three days of departure : 100% charge.
I need to change my booking and hence my airport transfer arrangements.
Change of Flight times/ flight numbers etc :
You can change your flight details without changing the transfer type as many times as you like, free of charge. Any changes update your transfer vouchers, which can be re-printed at any time.
Important
You must ensure you enter your flight number(s) and times, dates, otherwise we would not know what time to meet with you !
When is the transfer booking confirmed?
Like the accommodation booking your airport transfer booking is a ‘live ‘ web site booking system . This means that all transfer bookings are confirmed the moment you click on the ‘submit’ button ‘field’ in the booking form page.
A confirmation of your booking(s) and an invoice will be emailed to you immediately. Therefore you will receive two emails. At first glance you will find that they look similar, However, if you check the bottom of each one , you will see that there is a link for you to click on. One will say ‘Accommodation Invoice’ and the other ‘Transfer Invoice’, which you need to print two copies of, one to hand over to the driver/airport representative when you arrive at the resort airport and the other to hand over to the driver/airport representative for your return journey home before you travel to the airport, at hotel pick up point.
What do I do when I arrive at the resort Airport ?
Upon arrival after collecting your luggage and exited the arrival lounge, if you have pre-booked your transfer, please look for an ECO World Holidays representative displaying the Eco World Holidays signs, our transfer drivers will be expecting you and will accompany you to the vehicle accordingly. Please have your Transfer Voucher ready for collection.
How do we know where and when to meet our return journey Transfer?
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive your transfer voucher. Your return voucher will have the office details with telephone numbers of our representative in order for you to reconfirm your return details. They will then confirm when and where your return transfer to the airport will be. In some instances , this information will be displayed on your hotel notice board.
Normally , departure transfer pick up times from hotels in Malta are set at two and a half hours before your flight departure time , and three hours for Gozo /Comino Islands.
