You can make certain changes to your booking on-line quickly and easily. Amendment fees may be applicable but these will be advised to you before you confirm your amendment. Amendment fees are also set in our Terms and Conditions. A new voucher will be created automatically and a confirmation email will be sent immediately. Please note: If you wish to change to a different hotel, click here to check availability at the new hotel (first).
This will depend on how far in advance you've booked. If there's more than 4 weeks before you check in, we'll charge 25 % of the total booking cost to your Credit/Debit card. The balance will become payable 4 weeks before check in. Unless you advise us that you wish to cancel your booking before the balance becomes due, we'll automatically take the outstanding amount from your card.
I haven't had my refund yet!
If you've amended or cancelled your booking - a new invoice or credit note will automatically be issued. If you're due a refund and you've booked directly with us, it may take up to 7 working days to reappear on your Credit/Debit Card statement. If you still haven't received it after this time, please contact us here.
