Booking reference

1. Changing your booking

You can make certain changes to your booking on-line quickly and easily. Amendment fees may be applicable but these will be advised to you before you confirm your amendment. Amendment fees are also set in our Terms and Conditions. A new voucher will be created automatically and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.
Please note: If you wish to change to a different hotel, click here to check availability at the new hotel (first).

. Cancel your booking

You can cancel your booking on-line. Cancellation fees may be applicable, but these will be advised to you before you confirm your cancellation. Cancellation fees are also set out in our Terms and Conditions. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent immediately.

3. Making request to the hotel

You should bear in mind that most requests cannot be guaranteed but hoteliers will always do their best to provide them. Examples of common requests are:

* A cot to be provided.
(If you're taking an infant, you must request a cot and a charge may be payable locally)
* Special dietary needs
* High/low Floor
* Quiet room

You may like to arrange a birthday cake or champagne/flowers etc. We can pass on this request to the hotel and any charge will be payable locally. You may be interested in activities or attractions in and around your hotel. Again, we can pass this on to your hotel.

4. I've lost my voucher

5. Payment query


What have I paid so far?

This will depend on how far in advance you've booked. If there's more than 4 weeks before you check in, we'll charge 25 % of the total booking cost to your Credit/Debit card. The balance will become payable 4 weeks before check in. Unless you advise us that you wish to cancel your booking before the balance becomes due, we'll automatically take the outstanding amount from your card.

I haven't had my refund yet!

If you've amended or cancelled your booking - a new invoice or credit note will automatically be issued. If you're due a refund and you've booked directly with us, it may take up to 7 working days to reappear on your Credit/Debit Card statement. If you still haven't received it after this time, please contact us here.

When's my balance due?

The balance will be become payable 4 weeks before check in. This will be deducted automatically from the card you used when you made your original booking.

I've got a new card, which I'd like to use for my balance.

If you'd like to use a different card than the one you made your booking with, please advise our Finance team here info@ecoworldtravel.com
